芳苑，像一道需要時間與環境磨礪才能熟成的風味。

這片土地承載著海風的鹹澀與泥土的厚實，地下微生的脈動，以及不斷吹拂的風，共同交織出獨特的生命節奏。

「風灣的船—生生不息的風」正是從這樣的節奏出發，重現芳苑的地景與物產，帶領觀者進入一場由感官開啟的探索之旅。

展覽中，風的形狀、土地的質感與食材的滋味，被轉化為設計的語言，看見在地生產者的韌性，感受自然與人文如何在這片土地上相互呼應，孕育出屬於芳苑的生命故事。

用餐桌看見彰化
「風灣的船」將於 10/17、10/18 在台灣設計展期間，於彰化市歷史建築高賓閣天台推出兩日限定的戶外餐桌。活動以推廣在地物產為初心，運用辦桌料理手法重新演繹地方風味，帶來獨特的飲食體驗。不僅如此，餐桌更透過場域氛圍營造、空間設計與五感體驗，轉化為一處融合設計、飲食與文化的舞台。參與者將在城市屋頂的餐桌上，隨著一道道料理的品嘗，感受彰化多元而細緻的風土魅力。
