The “Changhua Walker Art Festival” debuts with a fresh dual-venue concept, connecting Changhua City (“the Prefecture”) and Lukang Township (“the Port”) through art. Centered on the themes of Changhua’s industries and Lukang’s culture, the festival presents a meticulously curated artistic feast.

This year’s program features 14 large-scale installations and 14 micro installations, alongside a wide range of activities: art workshops, guided art walks and tours, experimental theater performances, market events, main stage shows, stamp collection challenges with prizes, lucky draws, art-friendly shops, and the National Changhua University of Education’s Art Intervention Space Project – Literary Trail.

With such rich and diverse cultural offerings, participants are invited to immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of Changhua—discovering exquisite craftsmanship, deep cultural heritage, and the city’s boundless charm. Here, audiences are not merely spectators but active participants, becoming part of the creative journey itself.
