Changhua Station is the junction where the Western Trunk Line's mountain and coastal branches meet. With an average daily passenger flow of over 20,000, it's also connected to the roundhouse, a historic site that still functions as a railway dispatch and maintenance hub. The station's vibrant flow of passengers and its unique network of tracks are a significant part of Changhua's urban memory.
This micro-renovation project leverages light and color to revitalize the space. By reorganizing the station's visuals and facilities, reducing clutter, and foregrounding the distinctiveness of the passenger service areas, the project returns the site to its fundamental purpose and creates a better experience for all users.
Opening Hours|Daily from 4:30 AM until 10 minutes after the last bus departs.
